Individual Therapy
$130 for 50 minute session
I offer sessions for individuals over the age of 18. I work with perinatal clients, focusing on pregnancy and postpartum mental health. I also work with individuals experiencing an unintended pregnancy and are exploring all pregnancy options, including parenting, adoption and abortion. I also provided therapy for anxiety, depression, stress management and grief and loss in Maryland.
Sliding Scale
I offer a sliding scale rate based on need and availability. I currently do not have sliding scale availability.
Insurance and Payment
I truly value and prioritize your privacy. With this in mind, I have chosen to be an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not accept insurance. However, I will provide you will a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network mental health visits.

Payment is expected at each appointment.
No Surprises Act
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, I am required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” Learn more here and here.

This Act requires that I notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider and provide options to receive care from an in-network provider if one is available. Additionally, I am required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for the duration of treatment. It is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental health care, but I will do my best to provide an estimate based on the average length of treatment.
