$180 for 50 minutes
Individual Therapy
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals over the age of 18. I am able to provide therapy for individuals in Maryland.
$180+ for 50 minutes
Equine Therapy
I partner with the horses at Bay Meadow Farm in Bel Air, MD to process somatically and work on attachment and regulation.
Note: There may be a farm fee required for equine therapy.
$250 for 90 minutes
Couples Prep Session
This is a structured 90 minute couples session. We will discuss birth and postpartum. You will leave with a specialized care guide to take with you into your birth.
Insurance and Payment
I am an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
I also utilize Mentaya, a service that can submit claims on your behalf and help you check your out-of-network benefits. You can learn more about Mentaya and check your out of network benefits here.
Please contact your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network mental health visits.
Payment is expected at each appointment.
Surprises Act
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, I am required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” Learn more here and here.
This Act requires that I notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider and provide options to receive care from an in-network provider if one is available. Additionally, I am required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for the duration of treatment. It is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental health care, but I will do my best to provide an estimate based on the average length of treatment.
